Reviews live in your Postgres schema as templates plus cycles plus assignments. We support 360s, peer reviews, self-assessments and calibration sessions out of the box because there's no commercial reason to gate them. Scoring runs through plain TypeScript — multi-variable formulas, weighted competencies, conditional questions — and the resulting data feeds straight into compensation and succession dashboards instead of into a CSV.
