What about our existing requisitions, candidates and interview history?+

We migrate via Lever's Data API — postings, opportunities, applications, feedback, offers, users, archive reasons and attachments — into your new Postgres schema. Resume files are pulled immediately into your S3 bucket (Lever's URLs are signed and expire). EEO answers, audit logs and offer history are preserved so compliance records survive the cutover, and we can keep Lever read-only for 90 days while you run in parallel.

Can we keep our careers page URL, SEO and structured job data?+

Yes. We mirror your existing /careers and per-job URL structure with 301s where needed, so external job-board links and indexed pages keep resolving. Schema.org JobPosting markup ships by default — Lever-hosted careers pages render this inconsistently, especially for non-standard fields.

How long does the rebuild take?+

Typically 10–14 weeks: 2 weeks discovery and workflow audit (including a careful look at NurtureKit suppressions and any active sequences), 6–8 weeks building requisitions, pipeline, Nurture, scheduling and reporting, then 2–3 weeks parallel-run with Lever before cutover.
