Segmentation is SQL against your own Postgres or DuckDB — five conditions, fifty conditions, joins across orders and events, there's no tier that unlocks the WHERE clause. Reporting sits in Metabase or Evidence on the same data; scheduled dashboards email themselves out on a cron, and multivariate tests are a column on the send table, not a $350/month upgrade.
