Reviews live as Postgres tables — templates, cycles, assignments, ratings, calibration sessions — with 360s, peer reviews and self-assessments included because there's no commercial reason to gate them. Scoring is plain TypeScript with weighted competencies, conditional questions and multi-variable logic, and the resulting data joins directly to compensation and headcount dashboards in Metabase instead of being exported to Excel.
